职位描述
1. Assist in Directing the design & development of the Asia IT system initiatives from Technology and Development perspective
2. Ensure all the processes used by the teams are Sarbanes Oxley compliant
3. Review system recommendations and provides approvals on system selections
4. Recruits and train team members as appropriate
5. Addresses escalated issues and facilitates timely resolution
6. Performs people management for the teams
7. Provide SDLC and Agile Development leadership to Team Members
8. Lead Software Engineering and Quality Assurance Teams to ensure on-time delivery of information systems
