1. Act as the backup to the QA Manager
2. Prioritizes testing activities according to the management guidelines and impact to the operations
3. Performs training activities according to the management priorities
4. Coordinates and performs all IT related testing including QA and UAT activities
5. Follows IT quality control procedures, SDLC process and ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliant
6. Interface with suppliers, in-house development team to perform testing activities
7. Organize, coordinate and setup test rooms and schedule QA/UAT schedules
8. All other duties as assigned
9. Leads the project team to deliver the testing services and provides application access controls
10. Verify production fixes before production deployment
11. Provides effort estimates on testing activities
