职位描述

此工作地点在广东珠海
工作职责:

1.在特定的行业里寻求新的商业发展机会
2.实现销售计划和整体业务盈利能力
3.开发和执行战略计划赢得目标关键客户
4.提供进口战略规划。
5.开发销售渠道和使其转向销售
6.开发,维护和增强客户关系
7.识别潜在的挑战和风险以及分析相应的主要根源,并随后实施补救措施
8.整理相关行业的信息资料
9.及时提交关于商业活动的每周报告和关于核心客户发展的每月报告
10.对于产品发布,商业展示会和其他市场活动要与市场业务部门紧密合作沟通。
11.指导和引导整个团队去实现既定的目标

职位要求
1.具备这些行业的经验:玻璃、淋浴房制造商、化工、涂料、铝、不锈钢、建筑五金。
2.领导能力强,抗压能力强,还有突出的沟通交流技巧
3.英文和中文都要流利
4.有国内工作经验,能处理中国和国际的客户是最基本的条件
5.以客户为主导。
6.对技术上的产品和客户的要求与期望具有很好的认知性
7.具备建立新业务的倡议经验和领导能力
8.具备材料科学或化学学位,或掌握很好的商业技术

Job Description:
This job is a full-time position and based in ZHUHAI, GUANGDONG, CHINA. .  
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop new business opportunities within the designated Industries.
Achieving the Sales plan and overall business profitability..
Develop and Execute strategic plans to win over targeted Key accounts.
Provide input for strategic planning.
Develop sales channels and convert leads into sales
Develop, maintain and intensify customer relationships
Identifying potential challenges and risks as well as leading the corresponding analysis of root causes and the subsequent implementation of corrective measures.
Collation of information in the related industries
Submit timely weekly report regarding the commercial activities and the monthly report of the key account s developments.
Work closely with the marketing dept with product launches, tradeshows and other marketing activities
Lead and guide the team to achieve set objectives

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the following industries: Glass, Shower enclosure manufacturers, Chemicals and coatings, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Architectural Hardware.
- Strong leadership, high stress resistance, outstanding communications skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Experience working in China and dealing with Chinese and International customers is essential.
- Result driven, customer oriented.
- Good understanding of technical products and the customer's requirements and expectation.
- Experience in establishing new business with the initiative and ability to lead.
-- Degree in Material Science, Chemistry or business with a fine technical grasp.

Remuneration -

The position is entitled to a basic salary with attractive commission.
