主要职能ESSENTIAL？FUNCTIONS

1、接受技术项目经理的培训，从样品开发到量产/爬坡。了解生产，熟悉流程，提高效率。

You will be trained by TPM and from proto to dev through MP/ramp. Understand production, familiarize process and increase efficiency.

2、通过流程管控和职业预判，协助技术项目经理顺利完成项目相关问题。需具备风险评估能力和出色的人际沟通能力来帮助实现团队目标。

You will assist TPM to facilitate projects/programs/trials through process managing and anticipate next step preparation. Analysis risk and communication within internal functional teams and drive towards goals.

3、确保数据收集的完整性和准确性。需具备检查数据的能力，这是建立在对生产流程和环境深刻理解的基础之上。

Ensure data collection integrity by conducting checks on operating procedure, conditions and environmental factors.

Take ownership of your work, ask for help where needed, and demonstrate urgency where appropriate

资历要求Qualifications

1、大专学历以上

 Any diploma and above.

2、有1-2年工作经验者优先或应届毕业生亦可

1-2years of any working experience preferred. Fresh graduate can also be considered

3、熟练使用Office、Excel、Powerpoint、Word等办公软件

Basic common office knowledge on excel, ppt, word etc.

4、英语四级以上，具备流利的中英双语听写能力，口语能力优先

Bilingual in Chinese and English, read and write is a must, speaking is preferred

5、责任心强

Strong sense of responsibility
