項目經理 – 審計

1.擔任各類審計項目的負責人，總體負責現場審計工作；

2. 與客戶進行溝通，收集審計資料，瞭解並處理客戶需求；

3. 指導現場審計人員收集、整理審計證據，形成審計結論；重大問題的請示、匯報、溝通函、管理建議書、審計報告等材料的撰寫；

4. 合理安排工作任務和進度，指導和督促項目組成員提高工作能力，完成工作任務；

5. 覆核項目組成員提交的審計工作底稿，形成覆核意見；項目完成後向部門經理匯報工作情況；

6. 指導及培訓高級審計員和審計助理，提升項目組專業技能，提高審計品質；

7. 具有獨立完成從底稿到出具審計報告整個業務流程的能力；

8. 部門經理安排的其它工作。

任職資格

1.本科及以上學歷，會計、審計或財會類相關專業畢業優先；

2. 持有效職業資格證書, 如 CICPA, ACCA 或者 CPAA等;

3. 至少4年知名會計師事務所外審經驗，有項目管理經驗者優先;

4.熟悉現行財務報告準則，包括最新的國際財務報告準則;

5. 具有良好的中英文溝通能力，廣東話熟練者優先； 

6. 具有良好的抗壓能力。

Project Manager – Audit 

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and provide quality assurance services to a pool of clients, and take the overall responsibility of audit team on site;

2. Communicate with the clients’ management, collect information, and understand the clients’ needs;

3. Guide the project team on site to collect and sort of audit evidence to form an audit opinion; identify and report any significant audit issues; preparation of a package of audit deliverables, including management letter and audit reports;

4. Prepare audit plans and assign works to each team members to ensure the delivery of quality audit services within budget timeframe;

5. Review the workings of other team members; guide and monitor team members to improve their capabilities and complete the assignments;

6. Qualified professional accountants, e.g. CICPA, ACCA or CPAA;

7. Minimum 4 years external audit experience from reputable accounting firms, experience in project management is preferred;

8. Familiar with contemporary financial reporting standards, including new IFRS;

9. Strong communication skills in Chinese and English, proficiency in Cantonese is preferred;

10. Good pressure management skills.
