Job Description岗位描述：

• This job calls for a young and ambitious Mechanical Engineer with interest and flair for design of mechanical parts for wind turbines.此岗位要求候选人年轻且有雄心，有兴趣及天赋设计塔筒内的机械部件。

• Our mechanical engineers are making designs and specification into reality, through studying the customer’s requirement, and making the drawing and related documentation to realize the mass production in factory in high quality and efficiency way.通过研究客户要求将设计及规格变为现实，画图纸及制作相关文档以实现高质量、高效率的大货生产。

Responsibilities职责

• Participate in technical review of new projects and handle the special requirement.参与新产品的技术评定及解决特殊技术要求。

• Clarify uncertainties and specify the final product.阐明不确定性并详细界定最终产品。

• Responsible for the pilot run of new products and pass over to the production.负责新产品试产并转交生产。

• Solve production technical isses.解决生产的技术问题。

• Developing new tools and fixtures to improve efficiency, stability, precision and cost down. 开发新工具及设备以提升效率、稳定性、精确性及降低成本。

• Make drawings to support container loading layout and booking.制作图纸以支持装货及装柜。

• Support other departments and suppliers with related technical issues.支持其他部门或供应商的技术问题。

• Analyze the failure reason for the complaints from customer and give the technical method for temporary and permanent correction, visit the customer site if need.分析客户投诉的失败原因，提供短期及长期的技术更正方案，若有需要，则要到客户处了解情况。

• Conduct minor product design projects in cooperation with customers if needed. 若有需要，则执行客户的小产品设计项目。

• Identify and propose cost optimization of products and processes to customers. 分析并提出产品及流程成本优化的方案给客户。

• Contribute to the establishment of a smooth and effective workflow and a good working environment within the department as well as across the organization. 为建立部门及组织流畅及高效的工作流程，良好的工作环境负责。

• Other task assigned by supervisor.上级安排的其他工作任务。

                        

Requirements and Qualifications能力和技能

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 机械类本科

• Minimum 6-8 years experience with mechanical design and production of sheet metal products.至少6-8年机械设计及钣金产品生产经验。

• Strong experience in using 3D software, Auto CAD, Inventor, Solidworks, …丰富画图软件3D software, Auto CAD, Inventor, Solidworks等的使用经验。

• Strong analytical ability and solution-oriented强的分析能力和解决问题导向能力。

• Experienced user of Microsoft Office.办公软件使用能力。

• Must have CET-4 certificate, be good at writting and reading English.英语四级证书，英文书面阅读能力强。

• Strong sense of responsibility.较强的责任感。

• Good communication skills and team work.良好沟通能力和团队合作精神。
