1. Be similar with celectrical component production process, include AOI process.／熟悉电子元器件生产工艺，主要包括AOI工序。

2. Have experience in 6 sigma, lean production and project management, be skilled used related tools.／有6 sigma， 精益生产与项目管理的经验，能熟练使用相关的工具。

3. Be similar used related tools (control plan, FMEA, SPC, QC tools) to analysis and solve problem.／能熟练使用

4. Ability to produce and revise operational standards is preferred.／优先考虑具备制作和修订作业标准能力者。

          l   Responsible for AOI system application   improvement and new AOI equipment introduction. 

   l   Clearly define/prepare manufacturing process   flow, process parameters and instruction. 

   l   Continues improve product quality,   production yield and productivity, reduce production cost. 

   l     Comply with national laws, statutes, policies,   labor disciplines and company's rules and regulations.
