1、Quality or ENG experience in LED or Driver Facotry for at least 2 years, strong testing experience will be better；

有2年以上电源驱动行业或LED照明行业的工程工艺经验及质量管理经验；有较强测试经验者优先；

2、Familiar with ISO quality management system，IPC610 and 6 sigma or LEAN is better；

掌握ISO 质量体系管理系统，有精益生产、6sigma, IPC600体系化工作经验者优先；

3、Good spoken Chinese-skills(Mandarin) and written English-skills ；

有较强沟通能力，能用英语进行书面及口头工作交流；

4、College degree or above  大专及以上学历；

5、Electronic engineering knowledge related.  电子、照明工程工艺相关专业；对SMT、手插件工艺均较熟悉;

6、Clear result-driven,  organized and good at problem solving.    有较强的组织，问题分析及解决能力，做事有明确的结果导工作职责范围：  

1.Cover quality of LED and driver products, including SMT, MI and testing, Box build

2. Process monitor, containment on above area

3. Production Care –Deviation quick handling, drive cross function team to immediate containment

4. Drive continue improvement on the process above area
