JOB REQUIREMENT 职位要求

  

- Bachelor degree or above, major in material or mechanical.本科以上学历，材料或者机械专业。

  

- At least 5 years work experience in electrical component production process, better with experience in varistor production.五年以上电子元器件生产工艺经验，具有压敏电阻生产工艺经验更佳。

  

- Be similar with component production process, include soldering process (reflow soldering, hot air soldering, etc.), coating process (epoxy coating, silicate lacquer coating, etc.).熟悉电子元器件生产工艺，主要包括焊接（回流焊，热风焊等），包封工艺（环氧树脂包封，硅酸盐料包封）

  

-Have experience in 6 sigma and lean production, be skilled used related tools.有6sigma和精益生产的经验，能熟练使用相关的工具。

  

-Be similar used related tools (control plan, FMEA, SPC, QC tools) to analysis and solve problem.能熟练使用相关工具分析解决问题（control plan, FMEA, SPC, QC tools）

  

-Experience to execute training working direction will be prefer优先考虑能够实施作业指导和教育者

  

-Willing to lead a team, eager to growing.有带领团队的意愿，渴望成长.

-Sincerity, strong sense of responsibility, good at communication真诚，责任感强，善于沟通

-Analysis and solve the daily abnormal in production line

  

分析并处理日常生产线的各种异常。

  

-Continues improve production yield and productivity.

  

持续改进和提高产品良率以及生产效率

  

-Design and arrange experiment, process data, give conclusion, define action and solve problem.

  

设计和安排实验验证，处理实验数据并得出结论,制定计划，解决问题 .

  

-Support for new product/process introduction.

  

支持新产品/新工艺的导入.

  

-Other assignments from supervisors.
