* EXPERIENCE／经验

Above 2 years’ work experience in manufacturing company with process, engineering, project leading. . At least 1 years work experience in electric component factory.

2年以上的制造行业工程工艺项目管理经验，1年以上电子行业经验.

* SKILLS／技能

1.    Basic knowledge for screen printing and metallization.／对于丝印工艺及浆料的金属化过程具备基本的了解

2. Have experience in 6 sigma and lean production, be skilled used related tools.／有 6 sigma 和精益生产的经 验，能熟练使用相关的工具。

3. Be similar used related tools (control plan, FMEA, SPC, QC tools) to analysis and solve problem.／能熟练使用相关工具分析解决问题（control plan, FMEA, SPC, QC tools）。

• Clearly define/prepare manufacturing process flow, process parameters and instruction.

• Continues improve product quality, production yield and productivity, reduce production cost.
• 改进和提高产品质量，良率以及生产效率，降低生产成本。

• Analyze and solve the abnormalities in production line in time. Design and arrange experiment, deep analysis process data and provide countermeasures.
• 分析并处理生产线的各种异常。设计并安排实验验证，深入分析实验数据并提供改善方案。

• Well know process parameter, product property and equipment parameter, monitor and analyze production data.
• 掌握工艺流程（过程和参数）, 产品特性以及生产设备的性能，对生产过程参数监控及汇总分析。

• Optimize tooling and fixture, introduce automation projects to continue reduce labor cost.
• 工装夹治具，引入自动化项目持续减少人工成本。

• Engage in and support new product introduction.
