Bachelor or above，Major field in Engineering (Electrical/Power Electronic Eng.), Physics or related sciences Electrical field / 大学本科或以上学历，主修电力电子工程，物理或相关电子科学专业

 

* EXPERIENCE／经验

Min. 3 years working experience in electronic industry product design and development

三年以上电子行业研发部门工作并具备相关的产品设计和开发经验

Preferred / 以下条件可优先考虑

Experience of ANYSIS Software for electrical and thermal simulation

使用ANASIS软件进行电子仿真和热仿真的经验

Experience of power electronics film capacitor product development and application

具备薄膜电力电容的设计开发经验和应用

 

* SKILLS／技能

Knowledge of power electronic technology, capable of basic electrical circuit interpretation

熟知并具备电力电子技术基础知识，具备基础电路解读能力.

Basic PC skill to work with for Excel, Word and Power Point

具备基本的Excel, Word和Power Point的相关知识和技能.

Good skill with fluent English communication, convey ideas and conduct technical discussion with others

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY／职责和权限

In charge of power capacitor electrical design solution to fulfill customer specification／负责电力电容器的电气设计方案以满足客户规范。

Develop/Implementation new materials /parts and alternative supplier release to improve yield, reduce scraps and cost／负责新材料或新供应商的认证和导入，以达到改进生产的良品率，降低报废率和成本的目的。

Analyze competitors’ products features /properties, search and keep records about basic materials, failure analysis techniques and procedures.／根据竞争对手的产品设计性能和特点，针对基本材料，失效模式和过程等方面的研究编写分析报告。

Finalize project targets, set priorities, fix milestones and keep time schedules./设立项目目标并设立优先级，确定里程碑并保证工作进度。

Support team member for new product development and quality improvement./协助团队成员完成新产品和现有产品的质量提高。

Support / cooperate with different departments to develop qualified products that meet field application and series production requirements./与不同的部门一起合作开发优质产品，使其能满足客户应用及批量生产的要求。

Improve product development and qualification procedure to comply with company quality system./ 改善产品开发及认证流程，使其更好地符合公司的质量体系要求。

Support to improve project design-in process to shorten development cycle time and sample lead time.／改善产品设计过程，以缩短研发周期及样品交货时间。
