Accelerator Program Manager 孵化器项目经理/创投项目经理

About this Role 

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful delivery of the main product in Brinc’s offering: the Accelerator Program, which is designed to support entrepreneurs in growing their early-stage startups. This is designed to support the core of Brinc’s efforts: building a strong portfolio of high-growth startups.

The Program Manager oversees and works closely with the founders of the teams who are participating in the accelerator program. It is their job to execute the strategies jointly conceived and developed with the Program Manager (GBA) and Managing Director and put them to the test, and to implement any necessary changes as the program progresses. In most cases, they have the experience to act as mentors to new and less experienced employees. It is their job to manage their team to ensure their work meets the standards of the company and the needs of their startups, which are their main customer and focus.

The role requires effective coordination of the program’s projects and management of their inter-dependencies, including oversight of any risks and issues that arise.

Duties and Responsibilities   

• Planning and designing the program, proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action proactively

• Defining the program's governance

• Ensuring effective quality assurance

• Ensuring the overall integrity of the program - focusing on the internal consistency of the program, and on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards

• Successful execution of program operations 

• Managing internal and external counterparties, which may include mentors, corporates, and investors 

• Ensuring there is an allocation of common resources and skills within the program's scope

• Sourcing and due diligence of potential applicants to the program 

• Managing risks to the program's successful outcome

• Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals to the Program Manager (GBA)Establishing, with the Program Manager (GBA) and Managing Director, a common approach to major issues that arise

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor and above. Business/project management and relative major

• 3-5 years of work experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, a start-up, investment firm, tech, or other business-related environment.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin. Any other languages are a plus. (GOOD ENGLISH is a must)

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Good knowledge of program and project management methods

• Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures

• The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
