职位：项目经理助理

责任

1.协助项目经理和施工经理根据项目总进度计划编制项目施工计划，编制施工总进度计划；

2.协助编制施工管理文件，如施工协调程序、施工组织设计、施工计划、施工成本控制方法、施工质量等文件；

3.协助经理领导团队实施施工计划，完成所有施工任务；

4.提高建设项目的质量和数量，加强施工期的环境和职业健康安全。

 

要求

1.大专以上学历，建筑、自动化、电子专业；

2.至少3年智能社区、公共安全或楼宇智能项目管理经验；

3.熟悉国家、行业有关标准和工程建设规范要求，能独立编制施工组织设计方案和专项施工方案，具有工程决算的基本知识；

4.组织良好，具有良好的团队精神和良好的职业道德；

5.精通中英文书面表达，良好的中英文口语。

Position: Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities 

1.       Assist Project Manager and Construction Manager in preparing project construction plan based on overall project schedule and preparing overall construction schedule;

2.        Assist in preparing construction management documents, such as construction coordination procedures, construction organization design, construction plans, construction cost control methods, construction quality and other documents;

3.        Assists managers in leading the team to implement construction plan and to complete all construction tasks;

To enhance the quality and quantity of construction project and environmental and occupational healthy and safety during the construction period.

 

Requirements

1.          College degree or above, major in architecture, automation, electronics;

2.          At least 3 years experiences in project management in smart communities, public security or building intelligence;

3.          Familiar with relevant national and industry standards and requirements of engineering construction codes, able to compile construction organization design plans and special construction plans independently, and have basic knowledge on finalization of project account;

4.           Well organized, good team spirit with excellent professional ethics;

5.           Proficiency in written English and Chinese, Good spoken in Mandarin and English.
