Job Title: Logistics SAP Officer China

    

Division: Operations

    

BU/Function: Supply Chain

    

Location: Zhuhai, China

    

Summary of Responsibilities:

    

    

· Responsible for the inland delivery and warehousing logistics operation in designated area, including but not limited to finished goods, raw material, sample.

    

· Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers on domestic and warehouse.

    

· Arrange and monitor status of inland delivery/warehouse, handling order in SAP.

    

· Co-ordinate and manage ISO loading / unloading and drumming activities.

    

· Support to logistics service partner warehouse management and accuracy of inventory.

    

· Communicate and solve issue during operation. Need to understand SAP operation and train others as superuser.

    

· Co-ordinate the logistics service partner performance to ensure a reliable service provided to business. Closely monitor shipment efficiency, deliver high performance to customer.

    

· Follow up vendor management programs in terms of standards, KPIs and escalation process etc.

    

· Logistics service partner screening and evaluation based on Lubrizol requirement and standard. Ensure the logistics service partner operation is fully compliant with Safety Compliance regulations.

    

· Ensure that the Logistics service partner operation manuals are up-to-date, controlled, revised according to business needs.

    

· Support t to optimize internal SAP process in managing RTW related activities.

    

· Support to monitor the logistics performance metrics in the responsible area. Investigate, analyze the deviations and identify actions / projects to improve the bottom line.

REQUIREMENTS:

    

Knowledge, technical/professional skill:

    

· College’s degree or above

    

· 1-2 years of hands on logistics experience

    

· Profound knowledge in transportation&warehouse

    

· Be familiar with SAP system
