一、基本职能要求：

1.能成功开发合适的供应商资源和建立供应商的合作关系。审查并分析整体报价的综合成本，以制定适当的采购决策。

2.协助新项目材料的采购开发和设计要求问题沟通（ NPI）。

3.与战略供应商谈判创建长期协议（LTA）。

4.供应商审核。跟进供新零件的测试和检验标准。

5.分配的其他职责可能包括但不限于-参加展会，支持公司新项目开发，支持客户咨询等。

  

二、经验：5年以上水上园艺产品采购经验。在泵，户外照明设备，家用电器等方面有5年以上的采购经验。在低成本地区（LCR）进行国际采购的经验。有美国大卖场（Big BOX）采购经验的优先。

  

三、资格要求：具有工程或相关领域的学士学位者优先， 英文4及以上，读写流利。较强的谈判能力和出色的书面和口头沟通能力，优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。做事条理清晰具有清晰的时间观念，流程管理观念，具有同时管理多任务的能力，良好的跨部门协调能力和同供应商的各职能人员有效打交道的能力 (团队合作者)。能快速学习相关专业所需的基本知识，技能和/或能力。丰富的消费商品经验优先。能够理解工程和技术图纸。能够做出合理的道德和商业判断。

Summary:
The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing long term agreements with strategic suppliers. They will work with cross functional team to create and execute on commodity strategies as well as creating and executing on resourcing plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Success in building supplier relationships. Review and analyze bid packages to appropriate sourcing decisions. Strong negotiating skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, demonstrated ability to multi-task Ability to deal effectively with people throughout the organization and throughout the supply base - must be a team player Assist in sourcing and design issues for New Product Introduction (NPI). Create and negotiate multi-year agreements with strategic suppliers, Long Term Agreements (LTA？s). Testing and scheduling qualification of suppliers and parts. Other duties as assigned which may include but are not limited to - Attending meetings, supporting corporate initiatives, supporting customer inquiries. 

Experience: 5+ years？ experience with procurement of water gardening products. 5+ years？ experience with the procurement of pumps, outdoor lighting, home appliance, etc.. Experience with international sourcing in low cost regions (LCR). Experience in purchasing to Big BOX requirements, preferred. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess and demonstrate the following characteristics. Education: BS in Engineering or related field preferred。
