岗位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，主修人力资源管理相关专业优先考虑；

2. 5年或以上人力资源管理工作经验，其中2年以上主管经验，有外资企业工作经历优先；

3. 熟悉人力资源各大模块；

4. 熟悉国家及当地各项劳动法规和相关政策；

5. 具备良好中英文读写能力；

6. 具有良好的沟通及洞察能力，组织协调能力；

7. 熟练使用MS Office软件如Word, Excel及PowerPoint；

8.能熟练使用人力资源管理系统。

Job Duties:

- Manage and implement all HR functions according to dealership policies to achieve smooth business operation and high employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements：

- College diploma, preferable with special focus on HR management;

- Minimum 8 years working experience in HR management with at least 4 years at supervisory level, including recruitment, compensation, HR operation and employee relation; 

- Good mastery of statutory and local lab laws or regulations;

- Experience in the high-end brand retail industry or multi-national company is preferred; 

- Good command of English;

- Strong communication, interpersonal, organization and coaching skills;

- Familiar with MS Office software like Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
