 1.  Identify technical problems at customers’ site and provide technical advice and solution according to the requirements of customers;   

2.  Carry out regular progressive technical exchange/training to customers or distributers personnel   

3. Conduct customer audits or assist related Sales Managers with any other sales activities;   

4.  Coordinate with sales managers to develop and implement new sales or marketing strategies;   

5. Work closely with cross department teams in researching, evaluating and identifying core product technologies from an application perspective to satisfy customer needs;   

6.  Team lead in Project Management   

7. Team lead in handling customer claims, drive internal technical improvements to meet customer expectation & secure company business.   

8. Facilitate communication between customers and Company.   

9.  Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide Quality service   

10. Support all kinds of procedure system as needed for sales daily routings (e.g.: Oracle/ NPCS/ EPR/ ECN/ SRS/ ETQ/ RMA/ CN/ DN, and so on)

6. 主导跟进内部项目管理工作；

7.  主导跟进处理客诉问题，推动内部技术改进以满足客户的期望并确保公司业务的安全；

8.  协作和加强客户与公司之间的交流合作；

9. 与公司各部门紧密合作，给客户创造优质的产品服务；

10. 支持销售日常工作所需的各种流程系统（如：Oracle/NPCS/EPR/ECN/SRS/ETQ/RMA/CN/DN等）。

职位要求：

1. Bachelor‘s  degree with major in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or related;    

2. At least 5 years related working experience for international companies, preferably for the US companies;    

3. Capability to identify and handle technical problems, practical orientation and hands-on in solution of technical problems    

4. Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill, hardworking, and dedicated to serve customers;    

5. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and initiative in working independently;    

6. Highly customer focused & result orientated, Good team player, reliable and disciplined    

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills    

8. Fluent in English spoken and written, Chinese in native speaker level and willing to travel     

9. Familiar with PC applications       

1. 本科以上学历，机械/电子工程或相关专业； 

2. 5年以上相关工作经验，有外资工作经验优先考虑； 

3. 英语听说读写流利，愿意出差； 

4. 具有识别和处理技术问题的能力，有实际操作能力和动手解决技术问题的能力；
