1、Keep track of various projects from R&D to end of life, reporting to Department Manager and Project Director.

负责指定工厂所有项目的管理，管控项目从研发到产品生命周期结束的全过程，向部门经理/项目总监汇报工作  

2、Formulate tooling schedule and ramp-up plans for NPI projects. Keep track of the progress of these projects.  

Work out various Excel reports, such as capacity forecasts, production scheduling, machine CTB, and labor CTB, liability analysis. Report the projects' status to clients, providing analysis and solutions. 

根据客户要求制定物料产能（开模，爬坡计划），跟踪实际达成情况，编制各类报表，报表包括产能预测，生产排程，机台计划，工人用工计划，呆料分析等，并汇报各项目的进度，抓住重点问题进行分析和解决 

3、Analyze the changes and trends of the forecasts weekly. Actively engage with clients to know the latest project development. Match production with demands, ensuring on-time delivery.

每周分析需求的变化和趋势，向客户了解最新的项目动向，做好产能和需求的匹配分析，落实备货安排。  

4、Call/e-mail clients daily and hold meetings with them weekly. Report the progress and readiness of a specific project, and provide analysis and solutions when requested. 

每日和客户的电话/邮件往来，每周与客户会议，汇报项目的进度，各类资源的到位情况，现有问题的分析和解决方案。 

5、Work with internal teams, like R&D/TPM/Quality/PCM, to handle issues that might lead to decommit. These issues include new program introduction, bottleneck material supply, quality issue and so on. Strong logic and communication skills are required to tackle such issues independently.

日常与内部研发/技术/品质/PMC团队一起协调工厂端有可能会影响物料交付的问题，包含涉及新项目导入，瓶颈物料，制定辅料的供应，生产质量问题等的。应变，沟通和逻辑思维能力强，能独立处理工作中的问题，并完成上级交付的其他工作任务。

6、High level of Excel skill is a must. Understand the logic behind the numbers and use the analysis results to do a well-organized presentation using PPT. And the ability to read technical drawing is a plus. 

熟悉各类常用软件，如outlook、word、excel、ppt等办公软件，能够灵活运用Excel做好项目相关的计划和分析. 看得懂平面图和3D 图 ，会简单操作制图软件，如Auto CAD 等

7、Being in a position related to project management or production planning in previous experience is highly preferred. 

有项目管理或生产规划经验者优先  

8、Fluent in English. Use simple English words to describe complicated issues, either oral or written, to make sure the client and the management team know everything about the situation.

英语须4级以上，可以独立阅读和编写英文邮件，且能流利表达比较复杂的分析情况，以流利地进行英文表达交流. 

9、Knowing how A's supply chain work is strongly preferred. 

接触过A业务，和懂A业务流程者优先 

10、  Being sensitive to data and detail-oriented. High sense of responsibility to lead the PM team. Hardworking and teamwork spirits are strongly needed for this position.  Strong interpersonal skill.

11、Ability to travel to factories if on-site support is needed.
