Process Engineer（Robot）

Job Description

As Process Engineer, you will take charge of the robot management, such as the introduction, training, programing and maintenance etc.

Responsibilities

Design alternative solutions according to the substitution needs of each machine; configure and install corresponding robots; 根据各机器换人岗位需求设计替代方案，并配置安装相应的机械人；

Responsible for process debugging of robot welding machine and programming designing; 负责机械手焊接设备的工艺调试，进行编程设计；

Compile operation instructions, drawing design, operation and maintenance manuals, and train the staff; 编写作业指导书、图纸设计，操作保养手册，对相应人员进行培训；

Develop tools, fixtures, and jigs required for design independently or together with relevant partners; 独立或者和相关合作方一起开发设计所需要的工装、夹具、治具；

Assist for improving welding process; 协助产品焊接工艺改善；

Assist for improving production process; 协助改善工艺流程；

Other tasks arranged by superiors. 其它上级安排的任务。

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial automation, mechatronics, robotics, etc.; 本科及以上学历，工业自动化、机电一体化、机器人等相关专业；

Master more than one robot programming language, robot teaching programming, offline programming; 掌握一种以上机器人编程语言、robot示教编程、离线编程；

Experience in robotics-related technology, workers familiar with robot systems such as Panasonic, Yaskawa, ABB, Fanuc, Kuka are preferred; 有机器人相关技术工作经验，熟悉松下、安川、ABB、Fanuc, Kuka等机器人系统的工作者优先；

Familiar with the selection of conventional mechanical structure, transmission parts and pneumatic components, and master certain knowledge of processing technology and material performance; 熟悉常规机械结构、传动件和气动元件选型，掌握一定的加工工艺、材料性能等知识；

Good teamwork ability, interpersonal communication ability, pressure resistance ability and planning and execution ability; 具有较好的团队协作能力、人际沟通能力、压力承受能力以及计划与执行能力；

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, pass CET-4. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，通过CET-4。
