RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

Supply Planning

    

Overlook plant inventory and service level

1. Monitor and optimize inventory level and structure
2. Conduct MPS (Master production scheduling) based on rough-cut capacity planning to cope with increasing demand and heavier load of production
3. Supply Chain related cost control

                

Production Scheduling

    

Fulfill customer and intercompany orders and schedule blending production accordingly

1. Based on rolling forecast or supply plan, schedule blending production on daily basis, ensure both customer satisfaction and production efficiency.
2. Make and implement raw material replenishment plan, as well as issue purchase orders and ensure on time arrival
3. Follow toll manufacturing handbook instruction and make sure toll process orders and purchase orders are compliant and accurate.

                

Continuous improvement and process optimization

1. Continuously optimize SAP settings
2. Continuously optimize supply planning and inventory control procedures.
3. When needed, provide support and assistant on projects, such as global upgrade on SAP, network optimization for cost saving purpose.

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

    

Education:

    

Bachelor’s degree or above

    

Experience:

1. At least 5 years planning and related area experiences in multinational companies.
2. Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred
