1. Responsible for implementing software initiatives following software development standards
2. Manages development team to design, develop, and debug gaming and non-gaming applications
3. Allocates tasks to team members and provides regular progress updates to management
4. Provides trainings ensuring appropriate skill sets and resources are available for the tasks
5. Handles or escalates any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner
6. Manages software development environments and version control on sources
7. Performs software development process reviews and suggests opportunities for improvements
8. Performs people management for the team
9. Involvement in coding and responsible for ensuring that code developed by members of the team is of a suitable quality
