Scope：

工作范围：

Assist the quality manager to support the business development and sales department to manage the supplier chain on site and develop better shipment service of customer’s orientation based on

协助质量经理支持公司的业务发展，协助销售部门在供应商现场管理供应链，以求为客户提供更好的产品运输

¨ QC of samples and finished goods. Follow up the correction action if any abnormality found.

¨ 样品和成品检验。如有异常，跟踪改良措施。

¨ QC on line if needed for important project

¨ 对于重要项目，如有需要的话，实施过程检验。

¨ Quality assurance followed up with supplier when customer complaint raised, important case or any specific request from sales.

¨ 当有客户投诉或重大质量问题产生或者当销售部门收到客户的特殊要求时，需要与供应商一起进行质量管控，确保产品达到质量标准

¨ Project management on site to monitor the time-line/capacity/quality/production plan practice working properly to meet customer’s request.

¨ 在供应商现场管理项目，包括确保按时交货/产能/质量/生产计划等，以满足客户需求

Mission :

工作任务

QC:

¨ Finished goods or samples inspection and follow up the correction if any non-compliance found.

¨ 样品和成品检验。如有异常，跟踪改良措施。

¨ Follow up plant to continually improve when customer complaint or big issue found from mass production

¨ 量产时如有客户投诉或重大问题发生时，需要进行现场跟踪，以实现持续改善。

¨ Communicate with sales. Merchandiser and plant for any abnormality found for production, including time-line schedule, quality and any else effected shipping.

¨ 如有异常发生，如时间，质量等任何会影响交期的问题，需要和销售/跟单员/工厂沟通

Profile :

要求：

¨ At least 2 years experience in cosmetic inspection.

¨ 至少2年以上化妆品检测方面的工作经验

¨ Good level of English in reading and writing

¨ 良好的英语读写能力

¨ Able to use quality testing tools

¨ 数量使用各类质量测量仪器

¨ Knowledge of cosmetic and package material

¨ 熟悉化妆品和包装材料

¨ Good communication skill and coordination skill.

¨ 良好的沟通协调技能
