我们的客户是在澳门的一家服务外包供货商。为适应业务快速扩张和未来成长计划，其珠海办事处诚邀一名高素质的专业人才负责在珠海的服务团队。

Responsibilities
职责
? Daily team and operation management of the outsourcing service delivery team
? 日常外包服务团队的业务管理
? Analyze requirement and identify practical solution to facilitate the smooth operation of the business
? 分析需求并确定切实可行的解决方案促进业务顺利运作
? Streamline business process and improve efficiency
? 规范业务流程与提高效率
? Identify potential risks and develop risk control procedures
? 确定潜在的风险，建立风险控制流程
? Review current operation including proper division of labor, set up control point, change process flow , information system standardization etc.
? 评审当前业务操作流程包括人员分工等，建立重要的控制点，改善业务流程并标准化信息系统等。
? Prepare and review system documentation, operations support procedures and training materials
? 准备和审查相关文文件、操作流程和培训材料
? Guide and train the team to handle customer (front line to senior management) complaints and requirements with highest customer service standards
? 指导与培训团队如何高质量高标准处理客户投诉与意见（客户包括一线以及高级管理人员）。
? Lead and motivate the team to achieve optimum performance
? 领导和激励团队达到最佳状态
? Establish a solid foundation of the operation to cope with tremendous business volume growth
? 为迎合业务量的巨大增长建立一个坚实的营运基础。
Requirements
要求
? At least 4-5 years working experience in managing people
至少4 - 5年带领和管理团队的工作经验
? Strong in operation management，process improvement, resources optimization and system implementation
擅长操作流程管理、程序改进、资源优化与系统的执行
? Strong problem solving skills
解决问题能力强
? Excellent communication skill in English
? 优秀的英语读写沟通能力
? Excellent people skill
具有较强人员管理能力
