1.Usher Tourist arriving
Deliver messages.
Distribute promotional materials
Pose for tourist photos with special costumes provided by the company
2.Provide excellent service to Guests
Ensure excellent public relations.
Assume at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each Guest.
Welcome and greet Guests courteously.
Try to memorize Guests' names.
Escort guests to the Bus stations of all of the company properties
Converse with Guests to maintain good Guest relations and extend a personal touch.
Thank Guest for patronizing the properties as they leave.
Keep trace of Guest history, especially on birthdays, wedding anniversaries, etc.
Create detailed reports of each guest escorted to the coaches
3.Inform the site coordinator of new arrivals.
4.Report Guest comments to site coordinator.
5.Maintain personal grooming as per companies standard.
6.Follow strictly all Departmental policies and procedures.
7.Emphasize on good personal behavior as per guidelines laid down in the Team Member Handbook and promote the spirit of team work.
