职位要求:

1. 材料科学/金属冶金/化学及化学工程等专业本科/硕士学历

2. 0 - 2 年材料分析实验室工作经验

3. 具有PCB/ PCBA 制造工作经验

4. 具有PCB/PCBA不良分析工作经验

5. 0 - 2 年切片分析工作经验

6. 0 - 2 年染色实验工作经验

7. 0 - 2 年2D X-ray工作经验

8. 具有 TGA, DSC & TMA 等热分析经验

9. 具有 FTIR(红外) & Ionic Chromatography(离子污染)分析经验

Job Description:

1.Perform lab analysis and report writing

2.Perform calibration and PM of lab equipment

3.To Perform PCB Raw Card Qualification

4.Support Engineering team in Materials / Metallurgical evaluation, etc

5.Daily Materials / PCB / PCBA Failure Analysis

6.To Perform Lead Free, NPI and Product Qualification

7.Assisting Materials Lab Manager in ISO17025 certification

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor/Master Degree in Materials Science/Metallurgy/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering

2.0 - 2 years experience in Materials Analysis Lab

3.Experience in PCB/PCBA Manufacturing

4.Experience in common failure/defects in PCB/PCBA

5.0 - 2 years experience in cross section

6.0 - 2 years experience in Dye & Pry Analysis

7.0 - 2 years experience in 2D X-ray Analysis

8.Experience in TGA, DSC & TMA Analysis

9.Experience in FTIR & Ionic Chromatography Analysis
