Job Description for Mechanical Lab Engineer

机械实验室工程师职位描述

1. Perform Mechanical Strain Analysis.

1.执行机械应力分析

2. Perform Product level Mechanical Design Verification Tests (MDVT) like Compression Test, Drop Test, Vibration Test and Bursting Strength Test,

2.执行产品机械设计验证试验,如抗压强度试验,跌落试验, 振动试验与耐破强度试验.

3. Perform Product Level Life Cycling Test like Button Press Test, End Connector Insertion Test, Abrasion Test, Squeeze Test and Pencil Hardness Test

3.执行产品寿命测试,如按键压力试验,连接器插拔试验,耐磨损试验,挤压试验与铅笔硬度试验.

4. Perform Mechanical Lead Pull Test, Component Shear Test, PCBA Bend Test, Push Test, BGA Ball Shear Test and Wire Pull Test.

4. 执行机械引线拉力试验, 元器件剪切试验, PCBA板弯曲试验,BGA 锡球剪切试验与拉线试验.

5. Perform Mechanical Lab Equipment PM and ensure calibration up to date.

5. 执行机械实验室设备保养与维护,确保设备在校准期内.

6. Assisting Mechanical Lab Leader in achieving and maintaining ISTA and DELL Certification.

6. 协助机械实验室经理完成ISTA与DELL认证

Requirement for Mechanical Lab Engineer

机械实验室工程师职位要求

1. Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

1. 机械工程硕士学位.

2. Familiar with ISTA and DELL Certification procedures.

2. 熟悉ISTA 与DELL认证程序.

3. Familiar with industrial standards on Mechanical Testing.

3. 熟悉机械试验相关的工业标准.

4. Familiar with electronic circuit diagram.

4. 熟悉电子电路图

5. Able to interpret and discuss with customers and suppliers on Mechanical Testing results.

5.能够对机械试验结果与客户或供应商进行解悉和讨论.

6. Good command of both written and oral English and Chinese.

6. 良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力.

7. Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and also have working knowledge of Minitab, MS Project and others related applications.

7. 必须懂得使用电脑尤其熟练使用微软的办公软件，并能使用Minitab分析, 微软其他相关应用.

8. Preferably to have experience in Weibull Distribution.

9. Preferably to have experience in packaging verification.

10. Excellent interpersonal skills with all department/units.

11. > 3 years experience in Mechanical Analysis Lab.

13. Experience in common Mechanical failure/defects in PCB/PCBA/Product.

13. 具有常见机械故障/缺陷板/PCBA板/产品分析经验.
