What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage daily in/outbound cross-border transportation + customs formality
• Data entry , to support PO processes, that includes new buy, reschedule and PO Matching, PO backlog reconciliation; check PO status and shipment schedule, then update system
• Supporting, according to the team leader (Asset coordinator) and process the function as required 
• Team work, provide support to other team member to achieve team target, communicate with suppliers and internal customers

What We Are Looking For

• Technical school graduate will be better
• Fresh graduates are welcomed, 1-2 years working experience is prefer
• English could be used as working language, at least CET 4
• Smart, work hard, detail-oriented and stable.
• Strong organization skills (meeting deadlines & priority setting)
• Time management skills
• Proficient PC skills
