职位描述
Recruitment:
1.Responsible for the recruitment for under supervisor level employees, ensure the manpower can satisfy the business needs
2.Responsible for ensuring follow the proper progress/procedure/ policy of recruitment
3.Responsible for all new employee hiring /on board process and ensure all the support ready on the first date when employee on board
4.Responsible for talent database building and all the candidates record
5.Responsible for recruitment report accuracy
Compensation:
1.Responsible for doing the regular C& B survey in yacht industry (twice a year)
2.Responsible for the employee salary review all the documentation and follow up, ensure salary review (tasks review ) notice send to the supervisor two months ahead, probation employee review needs to info the related people 15 days ahead.
3.Responsible for salary record accuracy for employees who under supervisor level
4. Responsible for compensation report accuracy
Contract and SI:
1.Responsible for all the labor contract signoff accordingly to company policy
2.Responsible for all SI record accuracy
Essential Qualification
1, Education:
Bachelor degree in management or equivalent major in Education, business administration, etc.
2, Experience:
3 years' relevant working experience of human resources, at least 2 years' in recruitment, C & B.
4, Job Knowledge / Skill:
1) Comprehensive interpersonal and presentation skills, interested in develop people
2) Strong influencing and problem solving skills.
3) Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
4) Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
5) Ability to work under pressure.
Remarks: this position is just a temporary position (might last for 6 months)
