主要职责(Main responsibilities):
1. COC complicance
- responsible for driving adherence to the Landis+Gyr Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
- identifying and clarifying current internal compliance practices and controls and diagnosing and developing enhanced procedures to ensure companywide compliance with all regulatory, financial and core operational system requirements
- focusin on sale agent / service agent / reseller / gift & entertainment / COC training


2. Credit control
- Granting creiteries by EPC, Power plant, Distributer, and 3rd Party
- One-time customer monthly review
- Credit limit review monthly (overdrafted customers)
- Credit limit review annually (all customer)
- Follow up on overdue TAR
- Decision on TAR resolution


3. Legal & Risk management
- Internal Legal support
- Coordinating with AP legal
- Legal compliance (Fire, Safety, etc.)
- Legal risk management (chop management, power of attorney to third parties or staff, etc)
- Sales contract terms review and improvement
- Purchase contract terms review and improvement


经验要求（Experience and requirement）
1. With strong backgroud from accounting or auditing
2. Working experiance at MNC
3. Fluent in English
4. Certified accountant

Mature / good people skill / team player / strong business sense
