Responsibility of the position:

1.Order availability confirmation and following up all the relevant requirements from customer service, BU, receiving plant and etc.

2. Proceeding to export logistics activities, including booking, customs declaration follow-up, exporting documentation preparation and delivery, logistics cost payment follow-up, exporting documents filing.

3.Procurement of the product from the supplier, including purchase order creation, checking the availability, delivery follow-up, supplier’s bill checking, and payment follow-up.

4. Proceeding all the relevant execution in SAP

Requirement for candidate：

Education level: Bachelor

Language requirement: 英语四级以上

Related work experience:

1. 3 years or above working experience is a must.

2. Exporting/importing experience is preferred

3. Having working experience in MNC is preferred.

Skill & technical competence:

1. Capable of frequently and clearly communicate in English in written and orally.

2. Experienced in SAP SD/MM processing is preferred

3. Capable of communicating with different functional teams/peers
