Responsibilites:

1.Mange all grease filling lines and filling operators on shifts.
2.To lead filling operators working on shift to fill the greases in line with the approved work instructions, ensure filling compliance to quality request.
3.To understand the overall grease filling process and the related potential quality risks, preventive action should be taken to avoid any safety and quality incident.
4.Coach filling operators to correctly take sample as required by procedure during the grease filling.
5.To report any near miss or potential incident related to HSSE, product quality or asset integrity.
6.To make proper use of available assets and equipment.
7.To understand the health and safety risks related to the use of greases, packs and machines and wear the (mandatory) personal protective equipment.


Requirement:
1. Based on the "LSC competence framework" .

1) Awareness at Supply Chain Management Discipline
2) Team Working
3) Awareness at facility Operations (Blending, Filling, Tankfarm)
4) Awareness at Manage Quality assurance

2. Specific requirements:
1) Knowledge at Grease Plant filling layout and filling equipment
2) Capable to perform physical handling
3) Knowledge at Team leading ability Skill

This job to be performed by individuals, with a basic level of operational knowledge either by education or experience.
