工作职责：

1.协助招聘专员跟进招聘工作，利用网络平台、现场招聘会等渠道，筛选合适候选人；

2.跟进面试安排（电话约面试，发送面试邀请邮件，面试信息录入等），跟进面试反馈；

3.背景调查；

4.按要求整理招聘报告；

5.协助部门进行新员工入职培训，新员工沟通会，员工活动等。

工作要求：

1.大专及以上学历，1年以上文职工作经验，可录用应届生；

2.英语熟练，办公软件操作熟练；

3.沟通能力强，有亲和力，能承受工作压力。
