Responsibilities :



- Motivate and Manage his team while implement IP tools, provide the service of photometric, metrology and other technical analysis.

- Participate in PVC

- He can stop the line or delivery while the test result is out of the requirement of customer or standard

- Be responsible to built relevant procedure related with his mission

- Control the quality record in his domain

- As the supervisor of the laboratory, he is responsible for the resources distribution and implement of relevant methodology

- Ensure the accordance between the product and PDP while SOP and mass production

- Ensure the accordance of test and application requirement

- Improve PDP, the design and process of our product, in order to achieve the target of Guarantee Return

- With assist of Customer Quality Engineer and Production Quality Engineer, to do product analysis, find out the disfigurement concerning reliability

- Implement and improve the calculating tools for test

- Be responsible of the action plan in order to fulfil the gap

- Ensure the reliability of P1

- Be responsible of the photometric, in accordance with the customer requirement, relevant standard and laws.

- Other tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time
