PURPOSE:
Responsible for day-to-day material planning and preparation of raw materials to support ISO container shipments to meet customer requested delivery date.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Review orders daily; work with Production / Supply Chain Manager / Logistics to organize schedule
· changes to ensure no backlogs based on production schedules
· Consolidates purchase forecasts for assigned products. Prepare production schedule and optimize the use of available resources and co-ordinate with related departments to ensure product, volume
· and shipment are meeting customers' requirements.
· Monitor materials for production blending and evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies, such as stock levels and order lead time. Work with Supply Chain Manager to replenish materials in
· accordance to requirements.
· Issue process orders to production department and to resolve production issues if any. Coordinate with production and warehouse to ensure timely and effective transfer of materials including prompt
· goods receipt into the SAP system.
· Follow up closely on the production schedule and ensure finished products are blended on time.
· Resolve any quality issues with Quality Assurance and Production Department.
· Druming scheduling
· Review drumming activities daily; to schedule and issue process orders for drumming of materials in accordance to requirements. Plan for purchase of empty new drums and follow up on workflow
· to ensure in accordance to arranged drumming schedules
· ISO tank and Marine bulk parcel tanker loading/unloading
· Review orders daily to ensure all deliveries are planned for loading and goods forecast receipt are scheduled for unloading
· Coordinate with shipping company, transporter and production department on trucking of ISO tank for loading and unloading. Ensure loading finishes on time and ready for shipment and unloading of ISO
· tanks are emptied on time to avoid or minimize demurrage.
· Daily order review
· Review stock requirements list and unconfirmed orders daily to ensure all deliveries are firmed and release for shipment.
· Analyze customer demand (forecast) with Supply Chain Manager for capacity planning and material replenishment.
· Liaise with CSRs on any changes to the orders. Highlight any delays or shortage of materials to CSRs.
· Other Responsibilities
· Resolve any production variances with the Finance team
· Prepare production reports
· Provide back-up support for Supply Chain Manager in material planning
· Hold weekly planning meeting with Production and Logistics
· Prior to ZH plant startup, manage and replenish inventory for LZA china, in accordance to established procedures

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Education:
? University Degree or above in international trading, logistics, supply chain management, business management, etc. is preferred;

2) Experience:
? Applicants should have at minimum experience equivalent to 2 years on multinational company in supply chain function

3) Knowledge, technical/professional skill:
l Good analysis skills, be good at Microsoft Office Excel, Word, etc.
l Have basic knowledge on supply chain.
l Planning and order fulfilling processes using SAP and MRP

4) Language Skill:
Fluent in English and Chinese (written and oral)
