职位描述
ROLE:
The SAP Master Data Specialist takes roles of creating and maintaining SAP Master Data in SAP system, and managing ISO document and other technical document in E&M department.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Create and Maintain technical objects in SAP.
2. Create and Maintain PM orders and Task list in SAP
3. Create and Maintain Fixed Assets in SAP
4. Maintain ISO documents and technical document for E&M department
5. Pull out data from SAP for generating reports like Maintenance Metrics.
6. Other duties as assigned.
Education / Certification
A Bachelor of Science degree or a college level in any of the Engineering disciplines is required.
Experience and Skills
At least 3 years' working experiences in SAP maintenance related jobs including technical objects, preventive maintenance work order set up, technical document control, etc. SAP advanced users are preferred. Experiences in working as a technician or engineer in maintenance department in a chemical plant is an advantage.
Language Skill
Survival level in spoken English, Fluent in written English and Mandarin, CET-4 preferred
