职位描述
1、负责网店在线客服工作和订单业务处理；
2、售后、售前咨询，交易管理，引导顾客完成交易，及时反馈；
3、具有良好的语言表达能力及沟通能力；
4、协助主管完成内部相关日常工作。
任职资格：
1、中专以上学历（条件优秀者学历可放宽至高中），专业不限；
2、男女不限；
3、熟练使用word ,excel 等办公软件，打字速度60字/分钟以；
4、有客服工作经验者；熟悉天猫、京东规则者优先
5、具有良好的语言表达能力及沟通能力。
