工作职责：

1. 为新员工(听障员工)开展入职培训，岗前培训和在职培训；

2. 当需要面试听障员工时，支持招募工作；

3. 协助收集听障员工的心声，并在工作中维持良好的关系；

4. 当活动需要时，协助将口语翻译成手语；

5. 当需要听障同事参加“Talk to Me”时，支持开展活动；

6. 确保培训场所5S+1S、员工纪律和培训安全；

7. 及时反馈培训过程中出现的问题并跟踪解决；

8. 完成上级工作指示

                              

工作要求：

1. 中专及以上学历，接受过专业的手语培训；

2. 有电子行业工作经验，熟悉SMT及组装工艺流程；

3. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作，良好的抗压能力，动手能力强。
