Main Responsibilities：

1.Ensures regular communication with Client designated contacts and influential people;

与客户指定联系人和客户内部有影响的人员保持日常沟通；

2.Collects client’s ideas via Food Committee’s meetings, service satisfaction surveys etc, develops action plans with the Area Manager and takes responsibility of the implementation;

通过膳食委员会会议、服务调查等方式收集客户意见，与区域经理一起制定行动计划，并负责执行；

3.Ensures daily and active communication with the customers during service time by his/her presence, answers customers’ questions, and handles complaints within the limits of authority;

开餐期间，与顾客进行日常和主动的沟通，解答顾客的问询，在授权范围内处理顾客投诉；

4.Trains his/her staff on Employee handbook, company regulations, hygiene & safety and professional skills;

对下级进行员工手册、公司规章、卫生安全、专业技能培训；

5.Conducts customer survey.

实施顾客服务调查。

Qualification & Requirements

任职要求

1.Junior college or above;

大专及以上学历；

2.Three years and above of food service working experience;

三年以上的餐饮服务经验；

3、Strong communication & interpersonal skills;

较强的沟通、协调及人际交往能力；

4.Good service and team spirit & Strong team management skills;

良好的服务和团队意识&较强的团队管理能力；

5.Communication ability in foreign languages.

外语沟通能力。
