Assembly Supervisor
Job Description
To derive and optimize the Assembly production processes through in-depth manufacturing studies,yield improvement program and cost reduction through the provision of concise method ,adequate fixture and clear manufacturing instructions
1.Monitor/analyze the Assembly processes and distribution yields
2.plan and coordinate the process buy-off for newly acquired equipment
3.Derive manufacturing methods that provide efficient instructions for manufacturing processes
4.Assist in all new product failure andlysis and evaluate direct material failure analysis
5.Determine type of process/rework flow required
6.Correct Assembly method
7.Lead and manage the assembly department
Secibdart Responsibility
1.Coordinate and perform day to day yield analysis with the assistance from process technicians,looking for improvement opportunities that covering yield ,cost and manpower ,to escalate for resolution on any obstacles that hinder improvement opportunities
Job Requirements:
1)2or 4 years college Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
2)Experience in the manufacturing of sheet Assembly
3) Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
4)Ability to lead by example
5)Self-motivated and the ability to direct energy and commitment to achieve excellent results
6)Team play
7)Individual should posses and continue to develop most of the following cuccess qualities
1.Minimum three years experience related positions
2.Good dnowledge of Assembly process control
