1，通过对网站的分析，提出前台页面和系统架构等网站排名及优化的整体解决方案，能独立进行网站推广；

2，分析竞争对手网站做法，分析搜索引擎带来的流量、关键词、用户行为等并不断提升与进步；

3，熟悉谷歌等搜索引擎的SEO原理及策略，熟悉英文网站的SEO优化工作，包括站内优化站外优化及内外部链接优化，能够独立完成SEO方案；

4，监控网站SEO效果情况，监控和研究其他网站相关做法，并围绕优化提出合理的网站调整建议。

任职要求：

1，男，1年以上外贸独立网站的运营经验，英语四级以上；

2，懂Photoshop等美图软件优先；

3，有较强的洞察力和创新能力，有一定的运营规划能力、数据分析及判断能力；

4，学习能力和责任心强，富有团队协作精神，思维活跃，能够承受工作压力。
