岗位职责Responsibilities：

1. 引进自动化新设备、机械、电气系统的新技术；Introduce new automatic equipment, new technologies for mechanical and electrical systems;

2. 制订设备年度改善计划方案；Make out the annual improvement plan of equipments.

3. 负责新设备电路的设计和机械设计，电气元件选型，开发和参与供应商的评审等；Responsible for circuit design and mechanical design of new equipment, selection of electrical components, development and participation in supplier review.

4. 根据公司管理方针和目标，推进自动化改善项目并负责跟进；Promote the automation improvement projects and follow up according to company’s management policy and target.

5. 定期跟进和总结项目的进度和成果，并向上级汇报；Regularly follow up and summarize the progress and results of the project and report to Superiors

6. 协助设备维修团队，确保生产设备的完好率；Assist the maintenance team to ensure the completion rate of production equipment.

7. 配合公司生产经营需要，服从积极响应相关调动，同时主动高效完成上级交代的其他事宜；Obey and respond positively to relevant transfer, and actively and efficiently complete other tasks assigned by the superior according to the company’s development needs.

8. 在本职范围内自觉遵守质量体系、环境体系、社会责任和客户的要求和《员工手册》的相关规定，并配合负责部门完成相关的审核工作和新项目任务，全力以赴确保达成部门和公司目标。Try your best to achieve department and company’s target by obeying ISO system, CSR and requirement of Company Handbook and supporting the relate departments to finish audit tasks and new projects on time.

任职资格Requirement：

1. 专科或以上学历，电气自动化/机电一体化相关专业优先；Bachelor or above, major in Electromechanical automation or Electromechanical integration is preferred.

2. 5年或以上自动化改善相关的经验及丰富的项目管理经验；At least 5 years experience in automation improvement and rich project management experience.

3. 丰富的自动化技术和改善相关的实践经验或有机械人技术实践经验优先；Rich practical experience in automation technology and related improvement or experience in robotics is preferred

4. 具备PLC和触摸屏（HMI）的程序编写能力和异常处理能力（如SIEMENS/MISTUBISHI ）；Good at programming PLC and touch screen (HMI) , capable of exception handling(e.g. SIEMENS/ MISTUBISHI)

5. 熟悉的工业电气系统的设计，安装和调试，具有常用配件选型水平；Familiar with the design, installation and debugging of industrial electrical system, with the selection of common parts;

6. 熟练掌握电气和机械的绘图技能，具有一定的指导能力；Master in electrical and mechanical drawing, and willing to coach;

7. 熟练操作办公室软件Excel//Word//PPT等； operate office software like Excel/ Word/ PPT, etc.;
