Job Description :

1. Provide Product MTTF Calculation from Reliability test results.
2. Perform and provide consultation on Product Warranty Analysis.
3. Perform ATC, Thermal Shock, TH chamber testing.
4. Perform Dust test, Salt Spray test, Rain test, Solar Radiation test, ESD test, and HASA/HALT chamber test.
5. Plan, advice and initiate Product Reliability Analysis Program for customer on HALT, Thermal Shock, ATC, TH & Salt Spray.
6. Assist Reliability Lab Leader in planning Reliability Lab equipment usage schedule.

Job Requirements:

1. Master Degree in Engineering.
2. Extremely familiar with Reliability Prediction and Calculation Model.
3. Preferably to have Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) qualification from ASQC.
4. Experience in calculating Product MTTF from Reliability testing results.
5. Experience in operating and interpreting analysis data from Thermal Shock Chamber, ATC, TH chamber, HASA/HALT, ESD Tester and Salt Spray Chamber.
6. Good command of both written and oral English.
7. Preferably able to plan and initiate Product Reliability Analysis Program for customer on HALT, Thermal Shock, ATC, TH & Salt Spray.
8. Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and also have working knowledge of Minitab, MS Project and others related applications.
9. Preferably to have experience in Warranty Analysis and Weibull Distribution.
10. Reliability problem solving skills.
11. Ability to read/write Reliability technical instruction & specification.
12. Ability to effectively communicate with customer/supplier on Reliability technical ideals and decisions.
13. Excellent interpersonal skills with all department/units.
14. > 3 years experience in Reliability Analysis Lab, especially on Reliability Prediction and Calculation
15. Experience in PCB/PCBA Manufacturing
16. Experience in common failure/defects in PCB/PCBA
