Role Purpose Statement
Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the production to meet the output
Responsibility
1. Primary Responsibility
l Manage the production operation including Box-build assembly and testing.
l Responsible for production output delivery and quality to meet customer requirement.
l Lead and Drive the Yield and Quality continuous improvement programs.
l Lead, manage, direct and coach the section members, to ensure the all the KEY targets are achieved, such as ZERO SAFETY Accident, OEE, TML, Cycle time, EICC, etc.
l Coordination with the other manufacturing functions to assure a proper workflow and on schedule completion of the company makes to order products.
l Budget control.
l Drive continuous improvement programs and 5S.
2. Secondary Responsibility
l Co-ordinate with relevant departments to resolve on quality, engineering, materials and human resources.
l Initiate and implement Lean project in cost reduction and quality improvement.
l Continuous Training for line Technicians and Skill operators.
l Strengthen and continuously improve the Maintenance and Processing & Testing Technician team.
l To co-ordinate and execute test equipment/ machine fabrication schedule in order to fulfill NPI build.
l Responsible for all development of functional policies and processes and their implementations.
Job Requirements
l University/College graduate
l At least 10 years' working experience in electronic company with managing Box-build assembly and Product Testing using ISO methods, control Production and Quality
l Proven ability on failure analysis and trouble shooting.
l Experience in production management systems such as 5S, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing.
l Good written and communication skills. Good English skill.
l Good Management Skills and leadership.
