? On behalf of the Company, develop, source and buy materials and services from external suppliers and contractors to meet the operational requirements of our internal clients.
? Liaise, discuss and understand the needs of internal clients. Provide and lead timely sourcing and procurement support to meet clients' operational requirements for service, quality and value at lowest possible total cost.
? Provide clients with detailed supply market condition, trends and analyses that may affect suppliers, cost of goods, pricing and also with recommendation on supply solution.
? Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations with key suppliers.
? Manage relationships with key strategic suppliers.
? Communicate and work with internal clients to ensure compliance with the procurement policies and procedures of the Company.
? Develop commodity strategies and strong oversight with a focus on implementation to achieve exceptional results in cost reductions, quality, delivery and technology.
? Lead and close contract negotiations while liaising closely with corporate legal team.
? Provide equivalent support to other territories and projects as and when needed.
