2.Establish best practices accounting policies and procedures, supervise its implementation

3.Maintain, develop accounting policies and procedures; provide quarter/yearly financial plan

4.Prepare and manage budgets, and monthly/quarter/yearly financial report

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 知识与技能要求
1.Bachelor degree in accounting or finance, MBA is with priority; Accountant qualification's certification is requried

2.Minimun 5 years work experience in financial management position, 3~5 years work experience in multinational corporation is preferred.
