PURPOSE:

To provide HR administrative support to China office HR Shared Services team in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development function daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Talent Acquisition

?Assist China recruitment WeChat’s operation activities, including materials collection and promotion articles’ draft;

?Assist recruitment candidates’ direct sourcing under supervision and guidance from recruiter, including CV screening, using various job portals for direct search and cold calling;

?Coordinate speakers’ time for Day 1 Induction and QNEO (Quarterly New Employee Orientation).

Talent Development

?Support accommodation booking for training participants and trainer;

?Support training room booking and training room set up by request;

?Filing hard copy of sign-in sheet, evaluation sheet. Maintain training records and training evaluation on Share Point;

?Assist HR SS team for other tasks upon request.

REQUIREMENTS:

?Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred;

?Fast Leaner with high enthusiasm to Human Resources and strong willing to learn;

?Detail and action orientated.

?Competent in both written and spoken English;

?Skilled in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);

?Be able to work at least 3 days a week.
