Key Accountabilities:

1. Safeguard the relationship with customer for delegated Sales person

Perform retention function for account under delegated Sales personTake account ownership and safeguard relationship with customerSeek any opportunity for account penetration & work together with Sales personCoordinator with operation & customer service team ensuring service complianceHandling all incoming call & enquiry when Sales person are on the road

2. Handle the RFQ or Rate Enquiry

Assist the Sales person in handling the RFQ or general rate enquiryHandling all general/simple rate enquiry on behalf the sales personSafeguard the revenue (with reasonable margin), keep reviewing the revenue every month with Sales person

3. Account Transition

perform transition function for penetrated new business of Sales person's accountskeep monitoring the shipment performance, especially on trial shipment

4. Administrative Assistance

Assist for presentation, marketing research and meeting set up including preparing presentation material, marketing information and meeting recap

Assist for insurance application requestAssist for CEF request

Assist to Coordinate the administration tasks for sales team

5. Support Marketing Functions

Telesales/Tele marketingMarketing research, Market interleague

6. Exceed Validate Accuracy

To ensure all supporting document are available in Exceed Application

Requirements:

University graduate with 1 year relevant working experience.

Out-going. Excellent communication skills.

Fluent spoken & written English and Mandarin.

General PC knowledge for dealing with email correspondence and Window applications.
