职位描述：
ROLE:
? Responsible for Lubrizol Additives finished goods planning and inventory control, which includes direct materials imported from Lubrizol affiliates / third party suppliers, to meet the business requirements.
? Responsible for Lubrizol Additives China products demand management to meet the forecast accuracy KPI
? Responsible for Lubrizol Additives reporting & NWSM follow up

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lubrizol Additive finish goods planner
? Work out and adjust finished goods stock replenishment plan for related distribution centers basing forecast and real demand. Communicate any potential stock shortages to commercial& CX team for further action plan. Support allocation if needed.
? Issue purchase orders for direct materials and follow-up on the delivery schedule. Coordinate related function to resolve any issues relating to invoice, pricing, packaging, mis-shipment, short shipment, and any matters concerning to the order.
? Timely feedback customer orders status through Z-block change in SAP system.
? Closely monitor NWSM and special stock, work with related function to reduce the dead inventory level.
2. Demand management
? Develop and maintain the demand forecast models for Lubrizol Additive, with close work and gather information from sales, segment and finance.
? Draft future demand forecast in 12M by monthly base
? Conduct monthly demand review meeting with sales, pre-align the demand base on the risk and opportunities input from sales
? Close tracking NPI and PLS list
? Continues improve the results of demand forecast accuracy
3. Reporting & NWSM follow up
? Responsible for Lubrizol Additives planning monthly report, include but not limited on inventory report, sales/forecast report, shortage pre-alert report, additional cost analysis
? Work as Lubrizol Additives NWSM coordinator, coordinate related function for action plan, to make sure NWSM KPI meet target

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Education： Bachelor degree or above
2.Experience：
? At least 5 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies, such as production planning, inventory control, logistics management, etc
? Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred
