职位描述：
you will be responsible for handling the company’s sourcing operations.
The successful candidate will be able to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company’s spending,
supplying partnerships and new possibilities.

? Report to PLM Director.
? Manage the company’s supply chain portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
? Generate and implement efficient long term sourcing and category management strategies
? Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease spending, and supply market analysis
? Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
? Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
? Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes
? Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking(competitive teardowns)
? Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers, and suppliers risk management.
? Global and regional demand aggregation
? Manage and coordinate early supplier involvement in New Product Introduction Project from product design through mass-production, ensure critical timeline met
? Assist ship documentation and relate process
