Key Accountabilities:
1. To handle general enquiries.
2. To handle Booking requirements for individual consignees in accordance with consolidation procedures and DLSOP requirements.
3. To be responsible for other clerical duties and outdoor work as assigned by the supervisor.
4. To check monthly payment with Service provider and provide the necessary document to accounting department timely.
5. To work with shipper and arrange trucking /customs declaration timely to meet the delivery date.
6. To Work with our service provider /carriers and provide the logistic solutions to our customer.
7. To handle incoming email, fax, timely and relay complaints to supervisor.
8. To provide 100% customer service with good attitude and knowledge.
Minimum Education & Experience:
University Graduated or College Graduated with Min 1 year's relevant experience.
Good command of English.
To have good PC knowledge.
